Off The Record Banes

We are a mental health and wellbeing charity supporting young people aged 10-25 across Bath and North East Somerset.

We want every young person in Bath and North East Somerset and beyond to be emotionally healthy, confident and empowered in themselves.

We provide a range of free services for anyone aged 10-25 living, working, or studying in BaNES. This includes counselling, listening support, youth participation, advocacy, and support for care leavers.

Our LGBTQ+-specific services include: a LGBTQ+ focused youth group, one to one LGBTQ+ support, and SPACE to Be – a safe place for children under 13, who may be LGBTQ+, gender non-conforming, trans, questioning or unsure of their identity, to meet others, have fun and take part in activities. Alongside SPACE to Be, there is a parents group run by and for parents to mutually support each other over a cup of tea.
