Caring for Gender Nonconforming Young People

Working in partnership with GIRES, Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has created an e-learning resource to help professionals and families understand the needs of gender nonconforming young people. The Gender Variance e-learning programme is designed for healthcare staff of all levels and disciplines to understand how to help gender variant children, trans adolescents and their families.

The programme consists of a single e-learning session which takes around 45 minutes to complete. The session is also suitable for support staff and people working in education.

Please note that it is not possible to print a certificate of completion at the moment due to a technical issue with the programme.
