Trans Media Watch

Trans Media Watch seek to increase respectful and accurate representation of trans and intersex people in the UK media by providing guidance to:

• the media when portraying transgender or intersex people or related issues.
• trans and intersex people when dealing with the media. When the media get it wrong, we collaborate in seeking remedies. We welcome approaches from media professionals seeking advice on how to approach stories. We can supply guidance and/or put you in touch with relevant experts.
