On 10 October 2010, over 70 members and guests attended the charity's annual meeting. The Gender Trust, The Beaumont Trust, Gendys, Trans Media Watch and FTM London were represented.
All the members of the charity's Executive Committee were re-elected:
continues as the Charity's Systems Engineering Advisor and Judi Brown as its Security Officer.
The charity reported on the year's work, as described in “Highlights of the Past Year”. Members approved the charity's report and accounts for 2009. Following the workshops. people engaged in individual conversations, while enjoying supper. Notes of last year's meeting may be found here

Donald Yule, who has retired as the charity's Independent Examiner, was warmly thanked for his many years of valuable service. Ian Rankin FCA was elected in his place
The charity also expressed its gratitude to the many other people who have contributed to its work, including Louis Bauley, Helen Belcher, Judi Brown, Simon Croft.
