Tips for reading a hyperlinked pdf document
The document has been designed to be easily navigable. It contains many links to further information about many topics. This may be located within the document (link coloured green) and externally (link coloured brown). We recommend that users of the document ensure they have Adobe Acrobat Reader software, at least version 8, installed in their computers. This software is free and may be obtained here.
After linking to material within the document, to return to the previously viewed page, users should click the “previous page view” button on the Acrobat Reader toolbar. To return from external material, users should click on their web browser's "go back one page" button.
Note that the current version of “Preview” supplied on Apple Macs may not be able to read this document. Adobe and Apple acknowledge this and recommend that in case of difficulty the Adobe reader for Mac is used instead.
